Refund and cancellation policy

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation of fee schedules

Fee amounts and session formats are confirmed in writing before payment. Until confirmed, the timeframes below are standard market-consistent proposals logged for internal review.

Eligibility for refunds

  • Pre-session cancellation: If you cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before a scheduled paid consultation, you may receive a full refund of fees paid for that session.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours may receive a fifty percent (50%) credit toward a rescheduled session within ninety (90) days, unless we can fill the slot.
  • No-show: Missing a confirmed session without notice is non-refundable.

After work has started

Once a session begins or written deliverables are issued, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you terminate an ongoing engagement, you owe fees for sessions already delivered and any non-cancellable third-party costs we incurred on your instruction.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is offered when requested forty-eight (48) hours or more in advance. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee if proposed in your service letter.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Bank transfer refunds require details you supply securely by email.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold calendar time, it is applied to your first invoice. Deposit refund rules follow the cancellation windows above.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (documented illness, government travel restrictions) are handled case-by-case with evidence. Consumer Protection Act remedies under Thai law remain available where applicable.
